Carla’s background is as a vulnerability specialist in the financial services sector, as well as a collections specialist. Her role at SEA involves providing training for financial services professionals to support them to recognise and respond to economic abuse. She is committed to developing responses to economic abuse within the financial sector, ensuring all victim survivors are empowered.
Jasbinder is a trainer valued for her ability to work well with a wide range of audiences, including workforce professional development and community outreach to vulnerable adults. Drawing on over 25 years in the charity sector, she brings a lively and highly engaging approach to her workshops and training, tackling complex and sensitive issues with passion and sensitivity.
With over 12 years’ experience in the community sector, Eleni draws upon her experience of working across many fields of complex needs such as domestic abuse, substance misuse, and working with care experienced young people. Eleni is SEA’s training lead for the Labyrinth Project, providing training and resources on economic abuse, coerced debt, and financial capabilities across women’s centres in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Eleni is passionate about supporting women and their children to find physical, emotional, and economic safety in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
