Reporting to: Senior Training and Partnerships Officer
Location: Home-based, with travel as required
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per year (full-time equivalent). Pro-rata (for a 28-hour week) this role will be paid £22,400–£25,600. Starting salary will be at the lower end of the range.
Contract: This is a part-time role at 0.8 or 28 hours per week (SEA’s full-time working week is 35 hours).
About the role
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to provide administrative support to SEA’s training and partnerships function.
You will undertake a range of administrative tasks in relation to the technical infrastructure and systems needed to support and deliver our training offer. You will support the administration of some broader relationship and partnership outcomes. This includes routine tasks in relation to the administration of our CRM (Salesforce) and other partnership tools and processes as necessary.
This role will also support our efforts to grow the training offer by assisting with elements of the sales process — such as responding to enquiries, following up leads, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and bookings. While no formal sales experience is required, a proactive and relationship-focused approach is key, alongside a willingness to support the promotion of SEA’s mission and training opportunities to new and existing audiences. Key responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and training sessions and undertake logistics for training delivery
- Set up online training and webinars using a range of virtual platforms (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc)
- Undertake routine pre and post-course communication with learners, including sending emails and undertaking accreditation registrations
- Maintain calendars and schedules for training activities
- Undertake occasional face-to-face training logistics (e.g. venue bookings etc)
- Work with the finance team to process invoices and other related tasks
- Support the team to maintain accurate records, including of sales and income
- Compile information and follow-up emails on training lead enquiries
- Organise training resources and maintain online filing structures
- Collate evaluation and feedback data using pre-established reporting templates
- Undertake a range of administrative tasks in Salesforce
- Provide administrative support to SEA’s partnership tools and processes

Skills and Experience
Essential skills and experience
- A demonstrable commitment to SEA’s values, feminist ethos, and to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative work.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Competency in using video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams) to schedule and support training/events.
- Understanding of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Experience in scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with training accreditation process or learning management systems.
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Familiarity with project planning and team collaboration tools such as Asana, Microsoft Planner, or Trello.
- An understanding of domestic abuse.
- Knowledge and awareness of GDPR regulations.
- Previous involvement in coordinating training sessions.
- Experience supporting sales processes, responding to enquiries, or maintaining customer records, ideally in a charity, training, or partnerships context.
- Experience collecting and collating feedback or evaluation data.

Working arrangements
- Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK. All posts, including remote posts, must be based in the UK.
- This role is home-based, but you should be willing to travel occasionally.
- A laptop and mobile phone are provided, and a work from home allowance and travel expenses are covered.
- The wider SEA team meets approximately once a month virtually, with in-person meetings every quarter.
- Due to the nature of our work and this role, appointment will be subject to satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and references.
